Con A诱导C57BL／6小鼠慢性肝损伤模型的建立

摘要

Objective Liver injury in C57BL/6 mice induced by ConA was established , and this can provide the basis for ex-perimental study of immunological liver injury in viral infection disease.Methods C57BL/6 mice were injected with Con A through tail vein weekly for consective 4 weeks.And then the changes of enzymes in serum , pathological changes of the liver , liver index and spleen index were detected.Results The animal models of experimental liver injury in mice were successfully constructed.Conclusion Using Con A can successfully induce liver injury animal model.%目的：通过Con A诱导构建小鼠肝损伤模型，为病毒感染等引发的免疫性肝损伤疾病的实验研究提供基础。方法C57BL／6小鼠尾静脉注射Con A （10 mg ／kg ），每周1次，连续4周，检测血清酶学改变、肝脏组织病理学改变、肝脏指数、脾脏指数。结果成功构建小鼠肝损伤动物模型。结论采用Con A诱导可成功构建C57BL／6小鼠慢性肝损伤动物模型。
