了哥王甾醇化合物的研究

摘要

从了哥王根茎石油醚提取部位初步分离得到了4个化合物,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、豆甾烷-3,6 -二醇(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇醋酸酯(Ⅲ)和β-谷甾醇油酸酯(Ⅳ).%Four compounds were isolated from the petroleum extracts of the roots and stems of Wikstroemia in-dica (L. ) C. A. May. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic a-nalysis as β - sitosterol, stigmastane -3,6 - diol, β - sitosterol acetate, β - sitosterol oleate.
