植物吸收和转化硒的研究进展

摘要

Selenium (Se) is an essential micronutrient for many organisms,including plants,animals and humans.It is involved in food chain through the uptake and transformation of plants.This review gives a brief,critical overview of the research progress of selenium uptake and transformation in plants.Drawbacks and the trends of selenium study in plants are also raised up in this paper.%硒是植物、动物及人类必需的微量元素,可通过植物吸收和转化进入食物链.本文在总结国内外对植物强化硒研究的基础上,综述了植物对硒的吸收方式、硒在植物体内的转运及影响因素、转化积累及其代谢机理,最后提出了植物吸收和转化硒研究中未解决的问题,并展望了该领域研究的发展趋势.
