烟叶生产良好农业规范育苗环节关键控制点研究

摘要

采用危害分析与关键控制点（HACCP）的原理和方法，对烟草育苗环节可能影响烟叶品质安全、生态环境保护和员工安全与健康方面，从危害发生可能性和严重性进行分析、评估，筛选出风险水平分值在1～3的控制点有7个，4～7分的控制点有3个，8～13分的控制点有2个，14～20分的控制点有4个，筛选出的风险控制点及等级基本反映了育苗的实际情况。%Seedling growing may affect tobacco quality safety,ecological environment protection and safety and health of employees.The principle and method of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP)was a-dopted to analyze and evaluate the possibility and severity of hazard risks.The results showed that,there were 7 control points at the assessment level of 1 ~3 risk score,4 control points at the assessment level of 4~7 risk score,2 control points at the assessment level of 8~1 3 risk score,3 control points at the assessment level of 1 4~20 risk score.
