T3/T4期前列腺癌行前列腺根治术的意义及策略

摘要

前列腺根治术是治愈局限性前列腺癌的最有效方法 ,但一般不作为 T3/T4期前列腺癌治疗的首选推荐.现有文献中 ,对于采取根治手术治疗T3/T4期前列腺癌的探讨也较少 ,但是随着技术手段进步 ,经过筛选 ,一些病例接受了根治手术.本文回顾国际上主要泌尿外科指南和近年来一些医疗中心在这方面的探索 ,结合笔者临床体会进行探讨 ,认为对于部分晚期前列腺癌患者 ,进行积极的外科手术切除原发肿瘤是有利的.%Radical Prostatectomy (RP) is the most effective treatment for prostate cancer ,but is not the primary choice for T3/T4 prostate cancer .There were few published data on RP in the treatment of T3/T4 prostate cancer .Along with the technical development ,some T3/T4 prostate cancer cases underwent RP .This article reviewed recent studies and provided the authors' own experience ,suggesting that RP was helpful for some patients with T3/T4 prostate cancer .
