Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy have become the preferred treatments for patients with small renal masses.Clamping the renal brunch artery has become a promising technique to decrease warm ischemia injury.In order to decrease the difficulty of this technique,the authors present the "leapfrog" laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (L-F LPN).Compared with traditional technique of clamping the selective artery,L-F LPN is safer and simpler,and easier to be widely spread.%随着早期肾癌的检出率的增高,腹腔镜(机器人)保留肾单位手术逐渐成为该类患者的首选治疗方式,为了减少热缺血损伤从而更好地保护肾功能,肾脏分支动脉阻断法逐步被重视,为了降低分支动脉阻断法的操作难度,作者在基于临床解剖的研究基础上,提出了“蛙跳式”的腹腔镜保肾手术方式.该方法与传统的分支动脉阻断相比,其安全性更高,对术者手术能力的要求更低,更利于操作和推广.
