环形输尿管支架管改善置管相关症状的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of loop-type ureteral stent in improving related symptoms caused by double-J ureteral stent.Methods A total of 60 patients with ureteral stent indwelt after flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy were divided into two groups,the double-J stent group(n=30)and loop-type stent group(n =30).All patients were followed up for 4 weeks.All patients completed the ureteral stent symptoms questionnaire(USSQ),international prostate symptom score(IPSS) questionnaire and overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS)questionnaire the day before operation and 4 weeks after operation.Results All patients completed the study well.After 4 weeks,in the double-J stent group and loop-type stent group,the USSQ scores were 25.5(10～39) vs.13.0(10～21);the physical pain symptoms scores were15.6(8～25) vs.9.5(2～ 17);the general condition scores were 13.8 (8 ～ 19) vs.5.9 (2 ～ 13);the IPSS scores were 12.6 ± 2.0 vs.8.6± 1.9;the OABSS scores were 6.8± 1.5 vs.3.5± 1.5.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of loop-type ureteral stent can significantly improve related symptoms caused by ureteral stents and improve patients' quality of life.%目的 观察环形输尿管支架管改善双J管置入后相关症状的临床效果.方法 输尿管软镜碎石术后留置输尿管支架管患者60例,配对分为双J管组及环形支架管组,每组30例.60例患者随访4周,于术前1d及术后4周完成输尿管相关症状问卷(USSQ)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及膀胱过度活动症症状评分问卷表(OABSS).结果 60例患者均完成研究.双J管组与环形支架管组术后4周USSQ中排尿症状评分分别为25.5(10～39)分与13.0(10～21)分、身体疼痛症状评分分别为15.6(8～25)分与9.5(2～17)分、身体一般状况评分分别为13.8(8～19)分与5.9(2～13)分、IPSS评分分别为(12.6±2.0)分与(8.6±1.9)分、OABSS评分分别为(6.8±1.5)分与(3.5±1.5)分,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).结论 术后应用环形输尿管支架管能明显改善输尿管支架管相关症状,提高患者生活质量.
