犬乳恒牙替换期间活化T细胞核因子NFATc1表达的研究

摘要

Objective To study the expression of nuclear factor of active T cells NFATc1 during the replacement of primary and permanent teeth in dog.Methods The expression of NFATc1 was examined in the sections of the deciduous teeth roots, the alveolar bone and the permanent teeth germs by immunohistochemistry.Results NFATc1 positive cells were observed in the osteoclasts, ameloblasts and odontoblasts of the permanent teeth germs.Conclusion NFATc1 is involved in the resorption of deciduous teeth roots, alveolar bone, and the development of permanent teeth germs during the stages of the replacement of primary and permanent teeth.%目的 通过观察犬乳恒牙替换过程中活化T细胞核因子(nuclear factor of active T cells,NFAT)NFATc1的表达探讨其在此过程中的作用及意义.方法 制备犬乳恒牙替换各阶段乳牙根、牙槽骨、恒牙胚的组织标本切片,用免疫组织化学方法检测NFATc1在犬乳恒牙替换期间的表达.结果 NFATc1在破骨细胞、恒牙胚成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞层中表达阳性.结论 NFATc1可能参与了犬乳恒牙替换生理过程中乳牙根、牙槽骨的吸收和恒牙胚的发育.
