三维有限元法分析不同粘接剂对纤维增强复合树脂粘接固定义齿应力分布的影响

         

摘要

目的 利用三维有限元建模,从生物力学角度分析不同粘接剂对纤维增强复合树脂粘接固定义齿粘接界面的应力分布情况,以期为临床应用提供理论依据.方法 将椎体束CT扫描获得的下颌牙齿原始数据导入Mimics10.01软件,利用Geomagic Studio软件和CATIA软件生成下颌牙齿、牙周膜、粘接层、修复体和纤维加强三维有限元模型,用有限元分析Super-Bond C&B、Panavia Fluoro Cement、RelyX Ultimate 3种粘接剂,在不同载荷条件下的应力分布规律,使用ABAQUS/Standard求解器对该计算模型求解,并进行应力分析.结果 斜向载荷下,粘接层Von Mises应力主要集中在基牙靠近缺牙区轴壁切端1/2处,垂直载荷下,粘接层Von Mises应力主要集中在基牙靠近缺牙区轴壁.相同粘接系统下,斜向载荷的Von Mises应力值小于垂直载荷下Von Mises应力值.相同加载角度下,随着粘接系统杨氏模量值增高,Von Mises应力值增高.Super-Bond C&B粘接系统在斜向栽荷和垂直载荷情况下,VonMises应力值均最小.结论 Super-Bond C&B粘接剂有利于基牙与修复体之间的应力分布;下颌前牙区纤维增强复合树脂粘接固定义齿修复,垂直向加栽时应力分布集中,修复体易脱落.%Objective The stress distribution of the adhesive interface of fiber-reinforced composite resin bonded denture was analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element modeling,and the theoretical basis for clinical application was analyzed from the perspective of biomechanics.Methods The data of mandibular teeth obtained by CT scan of the vertebral body were introduced into Mimicsl0.01 software.Geomagic Studio software and CATIA software were used to generate mandibular teeth,periodontal ligament,adhesive layer,prosthesis and fiber reinforced three-dimensional finite element model.The stress distribution law of three kinds of adhesives under different load conditions is solved by using ABAQUS/Standard solver.The calculation model is solved and the stress analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis of Super-Bond C & B,Panavia Fluoro Cement and RelyX Ultimate.Results Under the oblique load,the Von Mises stress of the adhesive layer was mainly concentrated in the abutment of the abutment and the thickness of the adhesive layer.The Von Mises stress of the adhesive layer was mainly concentrated in the abutment wall.Under the same bonding system,the Von Mises stress value of the oblique load is less than the Von Mises stress value under the vertical load.At the same loading angle,the Von Mises stress increases as the Young's modulus increases.Super-Bond C & B bonding system in the case of oblique load and vertical load,Von Mises stress values are the smallest.Conclusion Super-Bond C&B adhesive is beneficial to the stress distribution between the abutment and the restorations.The mandibular anterior region is treated with fiber-reinforced composite resin,and the stress distribution is concentrated in the vertical direction,the prosthesis is easy to fall off.
