胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中TGF-β1与uPA的表达和相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨TGF-β1及uPA在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达以及与胃肠道间质瘤临床病理特征之间的关系,并探讨其临床意义.方法:以124例胃肠道间质瘤患者为研究对象,采用RT-PCR方法检测TGF-β1、uPA在胃肠道间质瘤及对照组的mRNA水平.结果:在胃肠道间质瘤中,TGF-β1与uPA高表达,其表达与性别、年龄、组织类型不相关,而与肿瘤黏膜受侵、NIH分级、肿瘤侵袭转移相关(P＜ 0.05).TGF-β1与uPA的表达呈正相关(r=0.420,P＜0.001).结论:在胃肠道间质瘤中TGF-β1可以上调uPA表达.随着黏膜受侵及侵袭转移的改变和NIH分级的进展,胃肠道间质瘤的肿瘤组织中TGF-β1与uPA的表达逐渐升高.提示TGF-β1、uPA参与了肿瘤的浸润和转移.%Objective : To investigate the expression and clinical significance of TGF - β1, and uPA in gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods: RT - PCR method was used to determine the mRNA level of TGF - β1 and uPA in 124 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Results : TGF -β1 and uPA had high expression rate in gastrointestinal stromal tumor. And the expression rate was related to the invasion of mucosa, NIH stage, tumor invasion and metastasis( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The expression had no relationship with gender, age , differentiate tissue type. The correlation between TGF - β1, and uPA is significant ( r = 0. 420 . P ＜ 0. 001 ). Conclusion :In Gastrointestinal stromal tumor, TGF - β1, can up - regulate the expression of uPA. with the change of the invasion of mucosa and tumors invasion and metastasis, NIH stage of progress, the depression of TGF - β1, and uPA in gastrointestinal stromal tumor is gradually higher. It suggests that TGF - β1, and uPA plays an important role in gastrointestinal stromal tumor's development and invasion.
