蛋珍油治疗放射性食管炎60例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察蛋珍油口服治疗放射性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选择我科2013年1月至6月住院患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予蛋珍油口服，对照组给予庆大霉素＋利多卡因＋维生素 B12＋生理盐水口服，比较两组出现急性放射性食管炎的分级情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组急性放射性食管炎总发生率为66．7％，对照组总发生率为90．0％；治疗组总有效率为93．3％，对照组总有效率为73．3％，差异均有统计学意义，P ＜0．05。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论：蛋珍油防治放射性食管炎临床疗效可靠。%Objective:To observe the effect of radiation esophagitis treated with oral Danzhenyou.Methods:All 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group given Danzhenyou,and control group given gentamicin,lidocaine,vitamin B12 .The incidence and clinical efficacy of acute radiation esophagitis were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:Overall occurrence rate and effective rate in treatment group were 66.7% and 93.3%,and 90.0% and 73.3% in control.Conclusion:Danzhenyou in the treatment of radiation esoph-agitis is safe and effective.
