A 激酶锚定蛋白4在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To explore the expression of AKAP4 in colon cancer and analyze the relationship between AKAP4 and the clinical pathological parameter of colon cancer. Methods:A total of 80 cases of colon cancer and 30 cases of normal colon epithelium were collected. The expression of AKAP4 was measured by immnohistochemistry. Re-sults:The positive expression rate of AKAP4 in tumor tissues was 76. 3% ,significantly higher than that in normal co-lon epithelium. Positive expression of AKAP4 was not correlated with age,gender,differentiation and lymph node me-tastasis,only correlated with stage. Conclusion:AKAP4 is overexpressed in colon cancer tissue,and it is correlated with stage. It may be involved in colon cancer progression,and is considered as a therapeutic strategy in colon cancer.%目的：探讨 A 激酶锚定蛋白4（AKAP4）在结肠癌组织中的表达以及与临床病理特征的关系。方法：收集结肠癌组织标本80例，正常结肠黏膜组织标本30例，采用免疫组织化学方法检测结肠癌组织及正常结肠黏膜中 AKAP4的表达情况，并对其进行临床病理特征分析。结果：AKAP4在结肠癌中阳性表达率为76.3%，而在正常结肠黏膜中不表达，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。AKAP4在结肠癌中的表达在不同性别、不同年龄、不同病理分化程度及是否淋巴结转移的患者中差异无统计学意义（均 P >0.05），但在不同临床分期间差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：AKAP4在结肠癌中过表达，并与肿瘤的临床分期相关，可能在结肠癌的发生过程中起到重要作用，有望成为结肠癌诊断治疗的新靶点。
