上海市松江区消化性溃疡患者的心理社会因素调查

摘要

目的：调查上海市松江区消化性溃疡患者的心理社会因素。方法对松江区中心医院2011年9月至2012年9月收治的75例消化性溃疡患者（疾病组）和82例非消化性溃疡患者（对照组）使用自制量表、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）进行调查分析。结果两组调查对象的人口学特征比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；疾病组调查对象在吸烟量和烟龄上都显著高于对照组；N（情绪稳定性）得分、E（内—外倾向）得分、主观支持得分、客观支持得分、利用度得分及社会支持总分与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论消化性溃疡患者具有明显的心理特征，需要进行针对性心理干预。%Objective To investigate the psychosocial factors of patients with peptic ulcer at the Songjiang District in Shanghai. Methods A total of 75 patients with peptic ulcer(the sickness group) and 82 non—peptic ulcer patients(the control group ) were compared and analyzed by self—made scale , eysenck personality questionnaire ( EPQ ) , social support rating scale (SSRS) in difference. Results The demographic characteristics of the two groups were compared and there was no statistical sig—nificance in difference(P>0.05). The smoking quantity and the smoking age of the objects in the sickness group were significantly more than those of the control group while the scores in emotional stability(N),internal—external tendency(E),subjective support and objective support,advantage degree and social support was distinctively lower than those of the control group. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The peptic ulcer patients characterized in significant psychology required some targeted psychological interventions.
