目的：研究脑蛋白水解物治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选择2013年7月至2014年7月在该院接受治疗的脑梗死患者64例，按照掷骰子法平均分为观察组与对照组，各32例。两组患者均给予抗凝、降压、调脂、降糖等常规治疗，对照组在此基础上给予胞磷胆碱钠静脉滴注，观察组在此基础上给予脑蛋白水解物（注射用）静脉滴注，2周为1个疗程，两组均治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗起效时间、神经功能缺损程度评分及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者起效时间[（6.8±2.2）d]显著低于对照组[（13.5±2.2）d]，治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分[（12.9±3.0）分]显著低于对照组[（17.4±3.4）分]，治疗总有效率[75.00％（24/32）]显著高于对照组[40.62％（13/32）]，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论脑蛋白水解物治疗脑梗死疗效显著，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To approach the clinical effect of cerebroprotein hydrolysate in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 64 patients with cerebral infarction of this hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 according to the dice method were divided into the observation group and the control group ,32 of each group. Patients of two groups were treated with anticoagulation,buck,lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic and other conventional treatments,the control group was additionally intravenously injected citicoline sodium while the experimental group was injected with cerebroprotein hydrolysate based on it , 2 weeks for 1 treatment,lasting 2 courses. The observation of onset time,degree of neurological deficit score and adverse reactions of the two groups in the experimental group were conducted. Results The onset duration of the observation group[(6.8±2.2)d] was significantly lower than that in the control group[(13.5±2.2)d]. After the treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the experi-mental group scored (12.9±3.0)was lower than that in the control group (17.4±3.4). The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group [75.00%(24/32) vs. 40.62%(13/32)],whose difference had statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05). There were no obvious side effects in the two groups. Conclusion Cerebroprotein hydrolysate in treatment of cerebral infarction had significant effects ,with a low incidence of adverse reactions ,being worthy of clinical application.
