重庆市某地区雾霾天气对小学生患病情况影响分析

         

摘要

目的:了解空气污染尤其是雾霾天气可能对小学生患病情况的影响,为环境治理工作提供参考依据。方法通过对重庆某地区小学开展健康问卷调查以了解其患病情况,再结合环境监测的各项污染物结果,对各项污染物浓度水平与小学生患病情况进行相关分析。结果随着空气污染物浓度的增加,小学生患病人数也呈增加趋势,二者之间存在显著正相关,其中PM2.5、PM10、NO23种污染物与小学生患病人数的相关系数(rs)分别为0.733、0.833、0.933。结论小学生呼吸系统疾病受雾霾影响最大,二者呈显著正相关,而传染病及其他疾病与雾霾各污染物浓度之间无相关关系。%Objective To understand the possible impact of air pollution ,especially the fog and haze weather on the sickness status of primary school students to provide reference for environmental governance work. Methods The sickness status of students from a primary school in a certain district of Chongqing City was understood through the health questionnaire investi-gation. Then the concentrations of various pollutants and sickness status of primary school students were performed the correlation analysis by combining with the environmental monitoring results of various pollutants. Results With the increase of air pollutants concentrations,the number of patients in primary school students showed a increasing trend,moreover a significantly positive cor-relation between them existed,in which the correlation coefficients of pollutant PM2.5,PM10 and NO2 with the number of patients in primary school students were 0.733,0.833 and 0.933 respectively. Conclusion The respiratory system disease in primary school students is mostly affected by haze with a significantly positive correlation between them. But the infectious diseases and other diseases have no correlation with the concentrations of various haze pollutants.
