目的 评价异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、链霉素四种常用抗结核药物对肝肾功能、血脂、心肌酶等常规生化检测的干扰,为分析前质量控制提供依据.方法 参照CLSI EP7-A2及相关文献,采用体外干扰试验的方法测试药物对常规生化检测的干扰.结果 异烟肼对血清铁有正干扰,利福平对总胆红素、直接胆红素有正干扰,对肌酐、尿酸有负干扰,且干扰值与干扰药物浓度呈正相关.结论 异烟肼、利福平对部分常规生化检测有干扰,在服药前或服药5 h后采集标本可避免药物的干扰.%Objective To evaluate the isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide,and streptomycin of four commonly used anti tu berculosis drugs on liver and kidney function,blood lipids ,enzymes and other conventional biochemical testing of the inter ference analysis to provide the basis of quality control. Methods According to CLSI EP7- A2 and related literature using in vitro test method to test drugs interfere with conventional biochemical tests of interference. Results lsoniazid positive in terference in serum iron ,rifampicin on the total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,there was interference on creatinine,uric acid and negative interference,and interference value and the interference of drug concentrations. The interferenceswere positively correlated. Conclusion lsoniazid,rifampicin had interference on the part of the routine biochemical testing,but samples were taken before or after 5 hours the medication could avoid the interference of drugs.
