不同血型孕妇尿靛甙水平检测相关性研究

摘要

目的 探讨孕期妇女尿靛甙水平与血型之间的关系.方法 采用尿靛甙分析仪检测1 321例孕妇晨尿中靛甙含量,采用凝胶卡式血型鉴定仪检测其血型.结果 1 321例孕妇中,B型407例,A型349例,O型310例,AB型255例.A型组尿靛甙平均水平为(118.3±80.6) mg/L,B型组为(95.2±75.3) mg/L,O型组为(79.5±50.3)mg/L,AB型组为(90.2±66.20) mg/L,各组尿靛甙水平之间差异具有统计学意义:A/B(q=2.52,P＜0.05)；A/O(q=5.793,P＜0.01)；A/AB(q=2.658,P＜0.01),O/B(q=2.013,P＜0.05),B/AB(q=1.803,P＜0.05)和O/AB(q=2.537,P＜0.01).尿靛甙值超标的孕妇在各组中所占比例在以下各组中差异均具有统计学意义:A/B(x2 =21.571,P＜0.01),A/O(x2=25.363,P＜0.01),A/AB(x2=5.782,P＜0.05),O/AB(x2 =16.076,P＜0.01),B/AB(x2=15.375,P＜0.01)和B/O(x2=5.730,P＜0.05),而尿靛甙值偏低在A/O血型以及AB/O间比较差异有统计学显著性意义(x2=14.532,x2=14.976,P＜0.01).结论 不同血型孕妇尿靛甙水平存在显著差异.%Objective To explore the relationship between the urine indigo glycoside levels and blood type in pregnant women. Methods The concentration of urineindican in urina sanguinis of pregnant women was determined by urine indican detecting instrument. Gel cassette blood type identification system was used to detect the blood type. Results In 1 321 cases of pregnant women, there were 407 cases of B type,349 cases of A type,310 cases of O type and 255 cases of AB. Blood type A group of urinary indigo glycoside average level was (118. 3 + 80. 6) mg/L,B group was (95. 2±75. 3) mg/L,O group was (79. 5 + 50. 3) mg/L and AB group was (92. 2 ±66. 20)mg/L. Four kinds of urinary indigo glycoside level were statistically significant differences, A/B(q=2. 52, P<0. 05, A/O(q=5. 793, P<0. 01) , A/AB(q=2. 658, P<0. 01) ,O/B(q=2. 013, P <0. 05),B/AB(q=l. 803,P<0. 05) and O/AB(q=2. 537, P<0. 01). Four kinds of pregnant women whose urinary indigo glycoside value exceeds normal were statistically significant differences between proportion A/B(X2 = 21. 571, P<0. 01) , A/ O(χ2=25. 363,P<0. 01),A/AB(X2=5. 782,P<0.05),O/AB(χ2 = 16. 076,P<0. 01),B/AB(χ2 = 15. 375,P<0. 01) and B/O(X2 = 5. 730, P<0. 05). The glycosides value of urinary indigo showed low significant difference in the A/O blood type and AB/O(χ2=14. 532,χ2 = 14. 976, P<0. 01). Conclusion There were significant difference about the level of urinary indigo glycoside of different blood pregnant women.
