目的 比较阴道分泌物湿片检查和阴道炎化学试剂盒检查在诊断阴道炎的差异,探讨两者联合检测的临床价值.方法 对中铁四局集团中心医院2011年5月～2012年10月门诊1 526例阴道分泌物标本同时进行湿片检查和阴道炎化学试剂盒检测.结果 湿片检查检出滴虫、真菌、同时检出滴虫和真菌、细菌性阴道炎分别为37,223,2和457例,检出率分别为2.4%,14.6%,0.13%和29.9%;阴道炎化学试剂盒检查检出滴虫、真菌、同时检出滴虫和真菌、细菌性阴道炎分别为42,231,0和605例,检出率分别为为2.8%,15.1%,0和39.6%.阴道炎化学试剂盒检查对滴虫和真菌的检出率比湿片检查稍高,但差异无统计学显著性意义(P>0.05);在细菌性阴道炎(BV)的检出率方面则差异具有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 阴道炎化学试剂盒检查无法同时检出滴虫和真菌;阴道分泌物湿片检查联合生化检测能互补不足,提高阴道炎的诊断率和准确度.%Objective To compare wet film examination method of vaginal secretions and vaginitis biochemical kits examination in the diagnosis of vaginitis,and to investigate the clinical value of combined detection. Methods In the Center Hospital of China Tiesiju Civil Engineering group,1 526 outpatient cases of vaginal secretions were detected by wet film method and vaginitis biochemical kits examination from May 2011 to October 2012. Results On the group of trichomonas vaginalis,fungi ,trichomonas vaginalis and fungi, bacterial vaginosis detection, therate of wet film examination method were 2.4%, 14. 6%,0.13% and 29. 9% , respectively. The rates of vaginitis biochemical detection kits were 2.8%,15.1%,0 and 39. 6% ,respectively. The rates of vaginitis biochemical kits of trichomonas vaginalis and fungi detection were slightly higher than wet film examination,but there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). The rate in bacterial vaginosis detection was significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion Vaginitis biochemical kits could not be detected with trichomonas vaginalis and fungi moreover. Wet film examination method of vaginal secretions combined with vaginitis biochemical detection kits can complement each other,and improve the diagnostic rate and accuracy of vaginitis.
