当前高校图书馆特色文献资源建设的总体发展不平衡，主要原因在于缺乏文献收集过程中的质量控制机制。本文提出了高校图书馆特色馆藏文献收集过程质量评价维度，即文献的权威性、文献的独特性、文献的规范性、文献的合理性和文献的可持续性。对特色馆藏文献收集过程的质量控制进行研究，介绍了中国矿业大学图书馆特色文献收集过程质量控制模型的建立与实践，以期为高校图书馆特色馆藏文献收集过程中的质量管理提供理论参考和实践指导，促进特色馆藏建设工作，并使馆藏特色文献得到更好地保存和传播。%The overall development of the characteristic literature resources construction of university library is not bal -anced ,the main reason is the lack of quality control mechanism in the process of literature collection .This paper put forward the evaluation dimension of the process quality of university library collection ,that is , the authority of the literature , the uniqueness of the literature ,the standardization of the literature , the rationality of the literature and the sustainability of the literature .The characteristic collection literature collection process quality control research ,introduced the characteristics of documents in the li-brary of China University of Mining and Technology collected process quality control model of the establishment and practice of ,in order for the university library characteristic collection literature collection in the process of quality management and provided a the -oretical reference and practical guidance ,to promote the construction of the characteristic collection of work and embassy charac -teristics of literature get better preservation and dissemination .
