大数据环境下的专利分析模型研究

摘要

"大数据"(Big Data)应用已经拓展到众多领域,在以专利资源为主导的知识产权领域,将发挥重要作用.本文分析了大数据专利分析现状,对美日韩主要专利软件(平台)进行了深入分析比较,并结合其优缺点,构建出了大数据专利分析模型(PDAP).%The application of Big Data has expanded to many fields, and will play an important role in the intellec-tual property which is dominated by patent resources.This paper analyzed the status of patent analysis of big data, analyzed and compared the main patent software(platform)in China and abroad.Combing with their advantages and disadvantages, the paper constructed a big data patent analysis model(PDAP).
