心理干预与药物联合治疗痤疮的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of mental intervention combined with drugs on acne .Methods:84 cases of acne admitted in our hospital between December 2014 and December 2015 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy and those in the intervention group received mental intervention combined with conventional drug therapy .Results:The total effective rate in the intervention group was 97.62% , which was higher than that of 80.95% in the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion: Drug therapy combined with mental intervention for acne can significantly improve therapeutic effect and is suitable for clinical application .%目的：探讨心理干预措施与药物联合治疗痤疮的效果。方法：选择2014年12月至2015年12月我院收治的痤疮患者84例，将其平均分为干预组与对照组。对照组采取常规药物治疗，干预组在此基础上应用心理干预措施。结果：干预组治疗的总有效率为97．62％，高于对照组的80．95％（ P＜0．05）。结论：在药物治疗的基础上给予痤疮患者心理干预，可以有效提高治疗效果，适于临床应用。
