The archives in Manchu language could be taken as the historical witness of administrating Tibet by the late Qing government. The name of the 1 l＇h Dalai Lama could be translated as Kaizhujiacuo, who had a good relation with the Qing government. He followed Emperor Xianfeng＇s imperial edict, chanted sutras for empress dowager Dahang, prayed for happiness and was highly praised by Emperor Xianfeng, and thereby was granted gifts by the emperor.%这份满文档案可作为清朝政府晚期管辖西藏的历史见证。其主要内容反映了十一世达赖喇嘛凯珠嘉措，与清朝政府一直友好相处，遵奉成丰皇帝上谕，为大行皇太后诵经，祈求冥福，深得咸丰皇帝的肯定并赏赐礼品。
