肾结石手术治疗的现状及研究进展

摘要

肾结石近年发病有增高趋势，其治疗方法多样，如体外冲击波碎石、输尿管镜碎石、经皮肾镜碎石取石、腹腔镜及机器人腹腔镜手术等，疗效各有优劣。现结合近年文献对其手术治疗现状及进展进行综述。%In recent years,there is an increasing trend in incidence of Renal calculus.The effect of various treat-ments such as extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy(ESWL),ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URL),percutaneous neph-rolithotomy (PCNL),robot-assisted laparoscopic pyelolithotomy (RALPL)is still controversial,each has its ad-vantages and disadvantages.This article reviews available literatures on the situation and progress of the treatment in Renal calculus operation.
