输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗孤立肾肾结石（附15例报告）

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the safety and therapeutic effect of flexible ureteroscopy with Holmium laser lithotripsy for solitary kidney calculi.Methods:1 5 cases of solitary kidney calculi after using flexible ureteroscopy with Holmium laser lithotripsy from June 2010 to June 2013 were reviewed.Results:The insertion of flexible uret-eroscopy was successful in 86.7%(13/15),and in 13.3%(2/15)cases in the second time 2 weeks later,the total success rate was 100%(15/15),and laser lithotripsy succeeded in 14 cases.Thirteen cases out of 15(86.7%)had stone clearance at 3 months post primary operation.The average operation time was 65 min (45-90 min).No serious complication occurred.Conclusions:Flexible ureteroscopy combined Holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective for solitary kidney calculi,and may offer advantages with respect to less invasion,rapid recovery and short hospitali-zation stay.%目的：：探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗孤立肾肾结石的安全性和有效性.方法：回顾性分析2010年6月~2013年6月利用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗孤立肾肾结石15例患者的临床资料.结果：输尿管软镜一次进镜成功率86.7％(13/15),余2例二次手术成功进镜,总的进镜成功率100％(15/15),钬激光碎石成功率93.3％(14/15),3个月后结石清除率86.7％(13/15),平均手术时间65 min(45~90 min),无严重并发症.结论：输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗孤立肾肾结石安全、有效,具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快等优点.
