柴油机微粒捕集器是解决柴油机颗粒物排放污染最有效、最具发展前景的手段,但实车的适时再生技术限制了它的商业化进程。采用预先混合式的燃烧器,在台架对并联式双微粒捕集器系统中的碳化硅材质微粒捕集器进行再生技术研究,并进行实车试验验证,制定适用于并联式双微粒捕集器系统实车适时再生的控制策略,降低了实车再生对整车运行状况的影响。%DPF ( diesel particulate filter ) is considered to be the most effective and promising way to reduce the pollution of diesel particulate emission , but the regeneration technology restricts its commercialization process .The paper studies regen-eration technology of silicon carbide particulate filter in parallel double DPF system with premixed burner and tests it with real vehicle .It also formulates a regeneration control strategy for parallel double DPF system , which can reduce the influ-ence of vehicle regeneration on vehicle operation status .
