攀岩运动员正反握法下肘关节等速肌力及峰力矩角度研究

         

摘要

采用德国Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统,通过对优秀攀岩运动员左右肘关节正反两握法下的等速向心肌力及峰力矩角度的测试与分析,探讨肘关节屈伸肌群在攀岩竞技能力发展中的作用,为科学安排专项训练及预防运动损伤提供一定的理论依据。其测试结果表明:优秀攀岩运动员肘关节屈伸峰力矩(PT)随测试速度的增大而减小,峰力矩屈伸比值随给定速度的加快变化不大,且左右侧屈伸肌群峰力矩存在显著性差异;肘关节左右两侧肌力均表现为正握伸肌大于反握伸肌,正握屈肌小于反握屈肌;相同握法和同一测试速度的条件下,左右手屈肌肌力差异不大,伸肌肌力差异明显;相同的运动幅度中,随着运动速度的增大,屈伸肌峰力矩角变化不大,且屈肌峰力矩角大于伸肌;正握屈肌峰力矩角略大于反握(屈肌60°/s时相反);正握伸肌峰力矩角略小于反握;肌群达峰力矩的角度左右两侧具有显著差异(P〈0.01),并且左侧角度大于右侧。%This article is to test and analysize isokinetic flexion and extension of elbow joints in good rock climber measured by German isomed2000 testing systems in order to find out the biomechanics feature of elbow flexion and extension in rock climbing practise and provide the basis for sports training and damage prvention.Results:The peak torqu(EPT)of rock climers reduced with the test speed increasing and the flexor stronger than extensor;the max power(MP)increased with the test speed increasing and in the same testing speed there are not significant differences in MP;positive grip flexor is slightly larger than the anti-grip angle of peak torque(flexion 60°/s in the reverse);grip extensor peak torque angle is slightly less than the anti-shake;muscle peak torque point of significant difference in left and right sides(P〈0.01),and the left angle is greater than the right.
