从土壤中分离得到1株对阳离子蓝染料SD-GSL具有高效脱色能力的菌株ZHT-3, 通过16S r DNA测序分析进行鉴定.以脱色率为指标, 研究菌株ZHT-3对阳离子蓝SD-GSL的脱色性能, 并考察p H、温度、振荡转速等因素对脱色率的影响, 以及菌株的连续脱色能力.结果表明, 菌株ZHT-3属于蜡状芽胞杆菌 (Bacillus cereus) .该菌在对数生长阶段即可完成对阳离子蓝染料的快速脱色, 8 h脱色率为76.3%.对初始浓度100~500 mg/L阳离子蓝SD-GSL的36 h内脱色率高达95%以上.在p H5~8, 温度30~40℃范围内脱色性能良好.%A bacterial strain ZHT-3, with high-efficient cationic blue dye (CBD) decoloring ability was isolated from soil and determined by means of homology comparison of 16S r DNA sequence.The decolorizing rate was taken as a norm, and the effects of several factors on the strain ZHT-3 was studied in different initial p H, temperature and shaking speed etc to observe its decolorization performance, and inspected its continuous decoloring performance.The results showed that strain ZHT-3 belonged to Bacillus cereus, it could complete rapid decolorization of CBD at its logarithmic growth phase, and the decolorization rate at 8 h was 76.3%.The decolorization rate of ZHT-3 was attained95%within 36 h with initial CBD concentration from 100 to 500 mg/L.The optimum p H and temperature for good decolorization performance was 5-8 and 30-40℃, respectively.
