空心螺钉和克氏针内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折的临床治疗效果比较研究

摘要

Objective :To further study and compare the differences of the clinical treatment of hollow screw and gram needle fixation in the treatment of carpal scaphoid fracture ,so as to provide reference basis for clinical practice .Meth-ods:152 cases of wrist scaphoid fracture patients in the hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object .They were retrospectively analyzed .Results:After the implement of different methods ,the overall healing rate compared between groups ,the hollow screw fixation group overall healing rate was significantly higher than in patients with gram needle fixation group of patients with total healing rate ,and P<0 .05 ,the difference was sta-tistically significant .The excellent rate compared between groups ,the hollow screw fixation group patients was signifi-cantly better than that of patients with gram needle fixation group dykes ,and P<0 .05 ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of wrist scaphoid fracture process ,compared with the gram needle fixa-tion treatment method treatment ,the clinical effect of hollow screws fixation treatment is significant ,and it is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of carpal scaphoid fracture .%目的：为了进一步研究和比较临床治疗腕舟骨骨折实践过程中采用空心螺钉和克氏针内固定治疗两种方法的临床疗效差异，从而为临床实践提供参考依据。方法：本文选取了我院2010年12月-2012年12月期间收治的腕舟骨骨折患者152例为研究对象进行了回顾性分析。结果：两组患者实施不同手术治疗方法后，整体愈合率组间比较，空心螺钉固定组患者的整体愈合率显著高于克氏针固定组患者的整体愈合率，且 P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义；优良率组间比较，空心螺钉固定组患者显著优于克氏针固定组患者的优良率，且 P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：在临床治疗腕舟骨骨折的过程中，与采用克氏针固定治疗方法相比较，采用空心螺钉固定治疗方法的临床治疗效果显著，是临床治疗腕舟骨骨折的可靠选择。
