手术联合化疗治疗卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤临床疗效

摘要

Objective :To explore the clinical effective treatment measures and methods of malignant ovarian germ cell tumors ,so as to provide reference for malignant ovarian germ cell tumor of the clinical research and treatment .Meth-ods:In recent years ,the cancer patients admitted to our hospital with malignant ovarian germ cell were chosen for the study .All patients were with a total of 64 cases ,and the treatment time was from December 2006 to January 2011 . According to different clinical treatment programs ,they were grouped into the surgery with PVB group and the surgi-cal joint VAC groups ,and 32 cases in each group .The overall treatment effects of different clinical treatment for the two groups of subjects after the implementation were observed and compared .Results:The rates of complete remission compared between groups ,the rate of the surgery with PVB group was significantly higher the patients with complete remission rate (65 .63% VS 40 .63% ) surgery with VAC group ,the differences compared between group were with statistically significance (χ2 =4 .015 7 ,P= 0 .045 1) .Conclusion:In clinical practice for patients with malignant ovarian germ cell tumors implement therapy ,the clinical effect of surgery combined with chemotherapy PVB is significant ,and it is the reliable choice for the clinical treatment of malignant ovarian germ cell tumors .%目的：探究临床有效治疗卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的措施和方法，从而为卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床研究和治疗提供参考依据。方法：选取我院近年收治的卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患者为研究对象，患者共计64例，全部患者接受治疗的时间为2006年12月-2011年1月。根据患者临床治疗方案的不同进行分组，分成手术联合 PVB组和手术联合VAC组，每组32例。观察并比较两组研究对象实施不同临床治疗方案后临床整体治疗效果。结果：在完全缓解率上组间比较，手术联合 PVB 组患者完全缓解率显著高于手术联合 VAC 组完全缓解率（65．63％ VS 40.63％），且组间比较数据差异具有显著统计学意义（χ2＝4．0157，P＝0．0451）。结论：在临床针对卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患者治疗过程中，采用手术联合PVB化疗的临床效果显著，是临床治疗卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的可靠选择。
