神经肌肉刺激治疗仪配合新斯的明治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察神经肌肉刺激治疗仪配合新斯的明治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法：选择60例诊断明确的产后尿潴留患者，随机将其分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予新斯的明0．25mg双侧足三里封闭，并给予心理护理。实验组首先给予0．25mg新斯的明双侧足三里封闭，然后应用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗30～40min。结果：观察组30例患者中有23例治疗效果显著，6例有效，仅有1例无效；对照组30例患者中14例效果显著，10例有效，6例无效，比较两组患者的显效率及有效率，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：神经肌肉刺激治疗仪配合新斯的明治疗产后尿潴留效果显著，具有操作简单、安全可靠、治疗费用低廉等优点，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To observation meuromuscular stimulation therapy device with neostigmine treatment of post‐partum urinary retention clinitel results .Methods:60 cases of postpartum urinary retention diagnosed patients ,patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,30 cases in each group .Control group :given neostigmine 0 .25mg bilateral Zusanli closed and given psychological care .Experimental group:application neuromus‐cular stimulation therapeutic apparatus 30~40 minutes before treatment to give neostigmine 0 .25mg bilateral Zusanli closed .Results:Significant effect in the experimental group 23 cases ,effective 6 cases ,ineffective 1 case;Significant effect in the control group 14 cases ,effective 10 cases ,ineffective 6 cases ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) .Conclusion:Neuromuscular stimulation therapy device with clear therapeutic effect of postpartum urinary re‐tention neostigmine significantly ,simple ,safe ,reliable ,low cost of treatment ,etc .,worthy of clinical application .
