PRP联合CO2点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察自体富血小板血浆（PRP）联合二氧化碳（CO2）点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的疗效及不良反应。方法：将我院收治的64例面部痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组32例，对照组单纯采用CO2点阵激光治疗，治疗组采用PRP联合CO2点阵激光治疗，治疗后对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后治疗组瘢痕程度评分为（0．83±0．24）分，显著低于对照组的（1．79±0．65）分，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗组总有效率为96．88％，显著高于对照组的84．38％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗组不良反应发生率为9．38％，显著低于对照组的34．38％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：PRP联合CO2点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效明显高于单纯CO2点阵激光治疗，且具有不良反应少的优势。%Objective :Observation the efficacy and adverse reactions of facial acne scars treated by autologous platelet‐rich plasma (PRP) combined with carbon dioxide (CO2 ) fractional laser .Methods :64 cases of facial acne scars were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,32 cases in each group ;the control group were treated by CO2 fractional laser treatment ,the treatment group received PRP combined with CO 2 fractional laser treatment .clinical effi‐cacy and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared .Results:The degree of scar treatment group after treatment score was significantly lower than the control sub‐group (0 .83 ± 0 .24 VS 1 .79 ± 0 .65);the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group (96 .88% VS 84 .38% ) ,the difference was sta‐tistically significant (P<0 .05);adverse reaction rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (9.38% VS 34 .38% ) ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of PRP combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment of facial acne was significantly higher than CO2 fractional laser group , and this treatment had fewer adverse reactions .
