Combining the practice of Xijing Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University, the paper introduces the situation of library digital information resources construction and utilization, and discusses the key components to a well - functioning system from special collections, cooperation with other libraries, librarian literacy training, environment improvement, then provides suggestions on how to promote the utilization ratio of digital resources, and satisfy users＇ needs.%结合第四军医大学西京医院工作实践，介绍医院图书馆数字化信息资源建设与利用现状，从特色信息资源服务、加强馆际合作、提高馆员素质、注重环境建设等方面探讨提高数字资源利用率、满足广大读者信息需求的策略。
