对区域医疗卫生信息化建设的思考

摘要

根据城市＂厦门模式＂、农村＂安仁模式＂的实践,系统提出城乡一体的市域卫生信息化设计思想、基本原则、系统架构和功能目标,指出实现目标的关键环节,以及对当前区域医疗卫生信息化的思考和意见。%According to "Xiamen mode" in the city and "Anren mode" in rural areas, the paper proposes the design ideas, basic principles, system architecture and functional goals of urban - rural integration regional health informatization, points out the key links as well as advices for current regional heahh informatization construction.
