高校图书馆图书采购招标工作探讨

摘要

结合中国医科大学图书馆图书采购招标工作实践,介绍如何通过标书制定、评分标准制定、招标流程控制来选择合适的图书供应商,并指出招标流程中需要注意的问题,包括对书商的考察与筛选、合理选择招标的专家评委等方面。%Combined with the book purchasing and bidding work practices of China Medical University Library, the paper introduces how to choose proper book suppliers through bidding documents formulation, assessment criteria formulation and bidding process control. It also points out the issues concerned including inspecting book suppliers, selecting experts and judges reasonably, etc.
