基于三维模型的疾控数据中心运维管理体系建设与实践

摘要

探讨解决疾控数据中心运维管理存在问题的有效方法和手段,以三维管理模型为管理思路,以疾控数据中心相关设施为研究对象,建立总控中心管理模块,对所有IT基础设施集中监控,建立4A安全管控平台及流程管理系统,提升国家疾控中心IT服务管理水平,同时对其他疾控数据中心运维管理具有参考作用。%The paper discusses the effective ways to resolve the problems existed in CDC data center operation and maintenance management. Using the ideas of three - dimensional management model,taking related facilities in CDC data center as research objects,centralized control module are established,so as to realize centralized monitoring.4A security management platform and workflow management system are constructed,the management level of China CDC IT services is improved,in order to providing references to other CDC data center operation and maintenance management.
