信息素养对医学信息服务创新发展的作用

摘要

The paper summarizes the connotation and development of information literacy, analyzes its function and impact in innovating medical information services. It proposes some advices to improve information literacy and innovation skill of medical information staffs, including information consciousness and information skill training, communication with clients and personalized services, information resources and technical support construction, etc.%概述信息素养的内涵及发展，分析信息素养对医学信息服务创新的作用和影响，提出通过培养信息意识与信息技能、加强与信息服务对象的交流及个性化服务、信息资源和技术保障建设等形式提高医学信息工作者的信息素养和创新技能。
