目的 探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎(NPM) 与非肿块型乳腺癌的DR诊断及鉴别诊断.方法 回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的NPM 59例,乳腺癌240例,通过DR 征象与病理类型对比进行分组及统计学处理.结果 NPM 与乳腺癌DR病变深度、分布、表现形式、斑片影形态及边缘、索条方向及走行、钙化及透亮影等征象具有统计学意义(P < 0.05) .结论 乳腺DR 具有良好的空间分辨率,利于观察病灶的整体形态,并对钙化具有显示优势,NPM 和乳腺癌的鉴别诊断,需要对各种直接征象、伴随及间接征象进行综合分析.%Objective To investigate DR differential diagnosis between non-puerperal breast mastitis and non-mass type breast cancer. Methods Fifty nine cases of non-puerperal breast mastitis,and two hundred and forty cases with non-mass type breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively,which were verified by surgery and pathology,by contrast with DR signs,pathological types, grouped and statistics processed. Results DR signs had statistically significant in general (P < 0. 05) including the lesion depth,distribution,expression form,shape and edge of the spot,the direction of the line and the walking,calcification and light transmission,etc. Conclusion DR has good spatial resolution,which is helpful to observe the whole shape of the lesion,and has the advantage of showing the calcification. Differential diagnosis between non-puerperal breast mastitis and breast cancer,various direct signs,adjoint and indirect signs need to be analyzed comprehensively.
