孤立性肺结节检查中CT靶扫描和高分辨率CT扫描辐射剂量对比研究

Objective: By the CT examinations of 61 solitary pulmonary nodules cases, to study the radiation dosage The examination parameters of all 6lcases examined with targeted CT scan and high resolution CT were recorded separately, and the radiation dosage of all cases examined by the two techonlogy were calculaied through the formula. Results : The CTDlvol and DLP value of targeted CT scan were equal to those of HRCT. And there was no significane difference in the radiation dosage of targeted CT scan and HRCT ly ( t =-0. 368. P =0. 714). Conclusion : In the diagnosis of the solitary pulmonary nodules. the radiation dosage of targeted CT scan and HRCT was matched.%目的:通过对61例孤立性肺结节患者进行CT靶扫描和HRCT检查,探讨两种检查技术间辐射剂量的差异.方法:分别记录61例孤立性肺结节患者CT靶扫描和HRCT扫描的各种检查参数,通过公式计算所有受检者两种检查技术的辐射剂量.结果:CT靶扫描患者的CTDIvol值和DLP值与HRCT相当,二者间辐射剂量无明显差异(t=-0.368,P=0.714).结论:在孤立性肺结节诊断中,CT靶扫描技术对患者的辐射损害与HRCT相当.
