闭合性肠及系膜损伤的螺旋CT诊断

摘要

目的 探讨闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的螺旋CT特点.方法 回顾性分析总结17例经手术证实的肠及系膜损伤的CT征象.结果 腹腔或肠管间积液、积血16例,腹腔游离气体6例,肠系膜渗出12例,肠系膜血肿10例,肠壁肿胀增厚、血肿12例,肠管扩张并积液11例.CT术前诊断明确16例.1例表现为阴性.结论 螺旋CT对闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的诊断具有重要价值,町作出准确术前诊断.%Objective To discuss the spiral CT features of blunt bowel and mesenteric trauma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the CT features of 17 patients with blunt bowel and mesenteric trauma confirmed by surgical operation. Results Free fluid and blood in the abdominal cavity and between the intestines were found in 16 cases, intra-abdominal free air in 6 cases, effusion of mesentery in 12 cases, hematama of mesentery in 10 cases, edema and thickness and hematoma bowel wall in 12 cases, and intestinal enlargement with fluid in 11 cases. CT made a definitive preoperative diagnosis in 16 cases and 1 case showed tobe negative. Conclusion Spiral CT has important value for diagnosis of blunt bowel and mesenteric trauma, which can make an accurate preoperative diagnosis.
