目的：分析18 F-FDG PET-CT 在肺结节病诊断中的价值，以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析我院经病理及临床治疗证实的14例肺结节病PET-CT表现。结果14例肺结节病中均可见肿大淋巴结，双侧肺门及纵隔淋巴结对称性肿大者13例，合并腹腔、腹膜后淋巴结肿大者7例，12例伴有肺内病变，2例累及肝脾脏器，5例伴有皮下结节，以上病灶放射性摄取均增高。结论 PET-CT显像从代谢角度更能清楚显示结节病的影像学特征，并可以发现除胸部以外的其他病灶，有助于提高诊断准确率。%Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of 18 F-FDG PET-CT scan on patients with sarcoidosis , in order to im-prove the understanding of the disease .Methods PET-CT features of 14 pulmonary sarcoidosis cases proven by clinical therapy and pathology were retrospectively analyzed .Results All of 14 cases presented lymph nodes enlargement , 13 cases presented mediastinal lymph nodes and bilateral hilar lymph nodes symmetry enlargement , 7 cases with abdominal and retroperitoneal lymph nodes enlargement , 12 cases with pulmonary lesions , 2 cases with liver and spleen involved , 5 cases with subcutaneous nodules , the above lesions radioactivity uptake are increased .Conclusion From the point of metabolism , PET-CT could more clearly show the imaging characteristics of sarcoidosis , and other lesions can be found in addition to the chest , help to improve the diag-nostic accuracy .
