女性盆腔囊性肿块病变应用超声与CT诊断鉴别临床价值分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨女性盆腔囊性肿块患者采用超声与多层螺旋CT诊断鉴别临床价值.方法 回顾性分析医院2012年1月~2016年9月65例经手术、组织病理确诊为盆腔肿块患者临床资料,均采用多层螺旋CT、超声检查,并对比两者诊断鉴别效果.结果 经检查发现,65例女性盆腔囊性肿块患者中,其中盆腔包虫、囊实性卵巢囊肿、子宫肌瘤囊性病变及卵巢腺癌分别为8例、41例、8例、8例;经超声检查发现,盆腔包虫、囊实性卵巢囊肿、子宫肌瘤囊性病变及卵巢腺癌诊断鉴别准确率分别62.5%(5/8)、58.5%(24/41)、62.5%(5/8)、62.5%(5/8);定位准确率分别为37.5%(3/8)、51.2%(21/41)、50.0%(4/8)、50.0%(4/8).多层螺旋CT诊断鉴别准确率分别为87.5%(7/8)、97.6%(40/41)、100.0%(8/8)、87.5%(7/8);定位准确率分别为100.0%(8/8)、87.8%(36/41)、87.5%(7/8)、87.5%(7/8).多层螺旋CT诊断鉴别准确率及定位准确率均明显高于超声,差异显著具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 应用多层螺旋CT于女性盆腔囊性肿块患者诊断鉴别中具有较高价值,且可提高诊断鉴别准确率和和定位准确率,从而为临床诊治提供参考.%Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic mass.Methods The clinical data of in 65 patients with pelvic masses diagnosed by operation and histopathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The examination found that 65 cases of female with pelvic cystic mass, the pelvic hydatid cyst, cystic ovarian cyst, cystic myoma cystic lesions and ovarian adenocarcinoma were 8 cases, 41 cases, 8 cases, 8 cases correspondingly;The diagnostic accuracy of cystic lesions and ovarian adenocarcinomas was 62.5% (58/24), 62.5% (5/8) and 58.5% (5/8) respectively.The accuracy of ultrasonography showed that the accuracy of diagnosis of cystic ovarian cyst, cystic ovarian cyst was 50.0%(4/8) and 62.5%(5/8) respectively.The accuracy of localization was 37.5%(3/8), 51.2%(21/41), 50.0%(4/8).The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 87.5%(7/8), 97.6%(40/41), 100.0%(8/8) and 87.5%(7/8) respectively.The accuracy of localization was 100.0%(8/8), 87.8%(36/41), 87.5%(7/8) and 87.5%(7/8).The diagnostic accuracy and localization accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT were significantly higher than those of ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT in women with pelvic cystic mass in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of high value, and can improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis and positioning accuracy, so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
