目的 探讨MRI上终末带(TZ)与儿童智力低下(MR)的相关性.方法 随机选取MR(智力低下)患儿378例和同年龄段健康儿童(对照组)296例,年龄区间为0~6岁,进行标准头颅MRI检查,记录颅内各部位TZ的数量、面积及亮度的相对数值以及TZ内血管周围间隙(VRS)的数目,然后,对所得数据进行全面、综合分析.结果 MR组共检出TZ总数877个,其中侧脑室体后部698个(79.6%),侧脑室三角区161个(18.4%),而发生于其余侧脑室周边相对比较少见,仅检查见18个(2.0%).MR组877个TZ面积均值(84.75 ± 1.15)mm2/个,大于对照组(54.32 ± 2.73)mm2/个, ( P <0.05);本组TZ亮度均值(396.36 ± 2.63)lm/个,高于对照组(284.45 ± 6.79)lm/个,差异有统计学意义.MR组TZ内可观察到VRS,检出率高于正常对照组( P <0.05).结论 智力低下儿童终末带检出率,终末带亮度及面积均值均高于正常对照组,具有一定的特征性,TZ内VRS的检出率MR组明显高于对照组,TZ是儿童智力低下的预知因子,应引起临床的高度重视.%Objective To explore the correlation between terminal zone and the children's mental retardation on MRI. Meth-ods We selected 378 children of low intelligence s and 296 cases of healthy with the same age range,aged from 0 to 6 years old, who underwent the standard MRI of head. We record the number,area and relative brightness of TZ,and the number of VRS in TZ. Then,the data were comprehensively analyzed. Results The total number of TZ are 877 in the MR,in which the posterior part of the lateral ventricle is 698(79.6%), the triangle of the lateral ventricle is 161(18.4%). However, the rest of lateral ventricle is relatively rare,only 18(2.0%). The average area of TZ in MR (84.75 ± 1.15) mm2/a) is bigger than the control group (54.32 ± 2.73) mm2/a) ( P <0.05);The average brightness of TZ in MR (396.36 ± 2.63) lm/a) is higher than the control group (284.45 ± 6.79) lm /a). There is a statistically significant difference( P <0.05). The VRS is detected in TZ of MR,and the detection rate is higher than the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The detection rate,brightness and the av-erage area of TZ in mental retardation children are higher than the control group. The detection rate of VRS in MR is higher than the control group. A certain characteristic,which is the unpredictable factors of Mental retardation,should be paid a high atten-tion by the clinical doctor.
