圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧参数化建模

         

摘要

针对复杂零件三维模型的更新过程非常繁琐的问题,研究了在SolidWorks环境下圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧参数化建模的方法.首先建立了圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧三维模型,将控制弹簧模型结构的特征尺寸定义为变量参数,选用Visual Basic 6.0作为编程工具,与Access 2003数据库技术相结合,开发出VB应用程序.在VB界面中通过人机对话窗口,对变量参数赋予不同的数值,自动生成圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的系列零件.研究结果表明,采用参数化建模的方法,可以显著提高复杂零件三维建模的自动化程度.%Aiming at solving the problem of complicated upgrading in the process of three-dimensional modeling of complex parts, the method of parametric modeling of cylindroid helical-coil compression springs in SolidWorks has been explored. The three-dimensional model of cylindroid helical-coil compression springs was firstly established and the characteristic dimensions controlling the spring structures was set as the variant parameters, the VB applications were developed by Visual Basic 6.0, combined with the technology of Access 2003 database. A series of cylindroid helical-coil compression springs can be generated automatically by assigning different values to the variant parameters through the man-machine dialogue window in the VB interface. The results indicate that the automaticity of three-dimensional modeling of complex parts can be improved significantly by means of parametric modeling.
