船舶分布式智能电力监控系统的研究与开发

             

摘要

In order to solve the problem of low intelligence,poor reliability,weak fault detection capability,large labor intensity strength,the sensor,PLC,human-machine interface technology were applied into ship distributed intelligent power monitoring system.After the analysis of functions and tasks,the relationship between the management,control and device level was established.A platform integrated network method was presented.The monitoring system was applied in kinds of ships.The practical application results show that,the monitoring system can improve the intelligence level,reliability,fault detection capability and reduce the labor intensity strength.It can also ensure the safety,reliability,quality and economy of the ship power system.%针对船舶电力系统智能化低、可靠性差、故障检测能力弱等问题,将传感器、PLC、人机界面技术应用到船舶分布式智能电力监控系统中.对该监控系统的功能和任务进行了分析,建立了管理层、控制层和设备层3个层次之间的关系,提出了平台一体化网络方法.在船舶上对该监控系统进行了实际应用,研究结果表明:该监控系统提高了船舶电力系统的智能化水平、可靠性、故障检测能力,保证了船舶电力系统的安全性、可靠性、优质性和经济性.
