钢化玻璃绝缘子智能上窑定位装置研究

         

摘要

Aiming at safety and inefficiencies in the artificial upper kiln of toughened glass insulator(TGI),the automatic production equip-ment of TGI was studied.A set of TGI intelligent positioning of kiln installation was designed.The positioning consists of three parts: me-chanical,control and machine vision system.The open source computer vision library was used by image processing and the system frame-work was built by Microsoft Foundation Classes.This system was realized by the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.In order to improve the recog-nition accuracy,one improve sub-pixel contour extraction was used.It integrates image capture,process,output and achieves grasp,flip,place of positive and negative products.It can also achieve grasp and place of the bulkhead and bracket.The results indicate that this intelli-gent device is robust and not affected by the change of external illumination.This method is proposed and effective,so the kiln efficiency is much higher than that of artificial efficiency.It has already been run on the manufacturers online.%针对钢化玻璃绝缘子人工上窑中存在的安全隐患、效率低下等问题,对钢化玻璃绝缘子自动化生产设备进行了研究,设计并开发出了钢化玻璃绝缘子智能上窑定位装置,主要由机械、控制、视觉3大系统组成.图像处理系统利用OpenCV开源视觉软件库和MFC搭建系统框架,并在VS2010上实现了整个智能上窑系统;采用改进的亚像素精度轮廓提取,提高了识别的准确率;该装置集图像采集、处理、输出于一体,实现了正、反重叠摆放产品的抓取、翻转和放置以及承载产品的隔板和托架抓取和放置.研究结果表明:该智能装置不受外界光照变化的影响,鲁棒性强,并且所设计的方案合理且有效,其上窑效率远高于人工效率,并已经在厂家在线运行.
