不同根管疗法治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效对比

摘要

目的:对比不同根管疗法治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效的差异性.方法:将2017年1月～2018年1月某院收治的80例牙体牙髓病随机分为A、B两组(A=40,B=40),A组患者接受多次根管治疗,B组患者接受一次性根管治疗,统计两组患者治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率.结果:B组患者治疗总有效率(95.00％)高于A组(77.50％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);B组患者术后并发症发生率(7.50％)低于对照组(25.00％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:牙体牙髓病患者采用一次性根管治疗临床疗效更佳,且患者术后并发症发生率较低,具有较高的临床推广价值.%Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of different root canal therapy in treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods:80 patients with dental pulp disease admitted in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into A and B groups (A=40,B=40).Group A received multiple root canal therapy and group B received disposable root canal therapy.The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in group B (95.00％) was higher than that in group A (77.50％) and the incidence of postoperative complications in group B (7.50％) was lower than that in the group A (25.00％).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of disposable root canal therapy is better in patients with dental pulp disease,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower,which has high clinical value.
