rtpa静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞对患者神经功能缺损程度和生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨急性脑梗塞患者采用阿替普酶(rtpa)静脉溶栓治疗的临床治疗效果.方法:将2015年1月～2017年2月接收的90例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为两组(n=45),参照组采用尿激酶溶栓治疗,试验组采用rtpa静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果:两组患者治疗前的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、死亡率比较无明显差异(P＞0.05);试验组治疗后的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数改善程度明显优于参照组,且其治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:急性脑梗塞患者采用rtpa静脉溶栓治疗,有助于改善患者的神经功能,增强患者的日常生活能力,适合用于临床推广.%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rtPA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (n=45).The reference group was treated with urokinase thrombolysis,and the experimental group was treated with rtpa intravenous thrombolysis. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the NHISS score,Barthel index and mortality rate of the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),the NIHSS score and Barthel index in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rtpa thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction patients can help improve the neurological function and enhance the daily living ability of patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
