Objective: To investigate the effect of the arthroscopic internal fixation of steel wires guided by the meniscus suture needle on the postoperative knee function of patients with avulsion fracture of tibial ridge of anterior cruciate ligament. Methods: A total of 46 cases of avulsion fracture of tibial ridge of anterior cruciate ligament in a hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were treated with the arthroscopic internal fixation of steel wires guided by the meniscus suture needle. All of them were followed up, and the treatment effect of the 46 patients was observed. The knee function rating scale (HSS) was used to evaluate the knee function before and 10 months after the operation. Results: There were not joint adhesion, accidental injury or other complications in 46 patients after operation. After 10 months of the operation, 28 cases were cured and 18 cases showed markedly effective. The total effective rate was 100％. After 10 months of the operation, the HSS score was higher than that before the operation. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The arthroscopic internal fixation of steel wires guided by the meniscus suture needle on 46 patients with avulsion fracture of tibial ridge of anterior cruciate ligament has good recovery of the knee function, and the curative effect is remarkable.%目的:研究半月板缝合针引导钢丝关节镜下内固定对前交叉韧带胫骨嵴撕脱骨折患者术后膝关节功能的影响.方法:选取某院前交叉韧带胫骨嵴撕脱骨折患者46例作为研究对象, 均给予半月板缝合针引导钢丝关节镜下内固定治疗.随访观察46例患者治疗效果, 并于术前及术后10个月采用膝关节评分量表 (HSS) 评估膝功能.结果:术后46例患者均无关节黏连、意外损伤等并发症出现, 术后10个月痊愈28例, 显效18例, 总有效率为100％;术后10个月HSS评分较术前高, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:半月板缝合针引导钢丝关节镜下内固定法治疗前交叉韧带胫骨嵴撕脱骨折, 46例患者膝功能恢复较好, 疗效显著.
