非钙化型乳腺癌乳腺钼靶X线诊断临床分析

摘要

目的:对乳腺钼靶X线在非钙化型乳腺癌诊断中的价值进行探讨.方法:选取某院2016年1月～2018年1月期间收治的非钙化型乳腺癌患者68例进行研究, 随机分为观察组与对照组各34例, 对照组应用常规乳腺钼靶检查, 观察组采用乳腺钼靶X线检查, 对两组符合率进行对比.结果:符合率方面, 观察组为94.12％, 对照组为73.53％, 观察组明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义, P0.05.结论:乳腺钼靶X线在非钙化型乳腺癌诊断中符合率较高, 在临床诊治中有推广应用的价值.%Objective:To investigate the value of mammography in the diagnosis of non-calcified breast cancer. Methods: A total of 68 non-calcified breast cancer patients admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine mammography. The observation group used mammography.Compared the two groups' compliance rates. Results: The coincidence rate was 94.12％ in the observation group and 73.53％ in the control group. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The mammography has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of non-calcified breast cancer. It has the value of promotion and application in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
