Objective:To analyze and investigate the effect of alleviative nursing on the psychologic status of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:Select 40 patients with advance lung cancer received in some hospital during the period from January 2012 to January 2013 as the research object and randomly divide them into control group and observation group,20 cases for each.Treat the control group with conventional nursing ,while the observation group were added with alleviative nursing on the basis of conventional nurs-ing,compare and analyze the psychologic status of the patients in both group after 2 months of treatment.Re-sults:To compare the psychologic status of the patients in both group after treatment,it was found that psy-chologic status of the patients in observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05 ),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:When striving to treat patients with advanced lung cancer,the application of alleviative nursing would effective improve patient's psychologic status,remove the negative emotion ,drive them to cooperate positive and improve their quality of life.%目的：：分析和探讨姑息护理对晚期肺癌患者心理状况的影响。方法：选取某院2012年1月~2013年1月收治的40例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组20例和观察组20例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上采取姑息护理干预措施。经过2周治疗后，观察和分析两组患者的心理状况。结果：观察和对比两组患者实施治疗后的心理状况，观察组患者心理状况明显好于对照组患者(P <0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：在治疗晚期肺癌患者过程中，采取姑息护理能有效地改善患者心理状况，消除患者不良情绪，积极配合治疗，提高患者生活质量。
